Flourish is a four-day yoga and well-being experience in the Italian Dolomites, created to guide you into a grounded, revitalized start to spring.

Set at Parkhotel Mondschein, our days weave together Vinyasa and restorative practices, sound healing, creative workshops, and time in nature. Nourishing meals, sauna sessions, heated pool dips, and quiet garden moments create a gentle rhythm of restoration.

Mornings awaken clarity and strength. Afternoons offer workshops, local excursions, or spacious free time. Evenings soften with restorative yoga and sound healing to help you unwind and integrate.
